Chris entered the telecoms industry in 1995 as an apprentice engineer at Ericsson, working on major PBX deployments across the UK. He later specialised in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and was a pioneer in early contact centre technologies.
His passion for customer service and solution-building runs deep. Chris has also championed apprenticeship and trainee programmes throughout his career, nurturing the next generation of engineers.
Outside the office:
Drummer and occasional singer in a band, motorbike rider, and world explorer.
